Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

DELIVERY OF PLAYHOUSES

Please note the freight prices at checkout may be for Metro areas only. Should the checkout display a "METRO ONLY" price and you require delivery to a location outside of a metro area please contact sales@mylittlemanor.com.au for a personalised freight quote. Please be aware if you chose the "METRO ONLY" price at checkout and you live outside of the metro area you will be required to pay the difference in freight costs (charged by our freighter). In some instances, it may be more affordable to pick up your playhouse from the closest depot in which case we can provide you with pricing options. Please see below for further details.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Furniture and décor items are usually dispatched within 3 business days of purchase and playhouses are 5-7. In peak times dispatch may be longer, up to 5-10 business days for furniture and 10-15 business days for playhouses. You will receive an email confirmation when your product is ready for dispatch and pick up has been booked. You will then be provided with the freighter's tracking number so you can check progress at any time, please allow up to 24hrs for this to be updated. The freighter will contact you to arrange delivery.

Shipping costs are based on the package dimensions and your postcode. This is worked out once you have proceeded to the check out with your final selections. Please contact us at sales@mylittlemanor.com.au for a quote for freight should our website state delivery is not available in your location.    

My Little Manor uses a mix of transport companies and private removalists, depending on the best option for your order and your location. Our delivery drivers will deliver to your front door or driveway, please ensure they have clear access and that an able-bodied person is home to accept the delivery and assist with the cartons (see packaging carton dimensions under "Specifications" on the individual product pages) . If our delivery team attempt delivery and no is home or they are unable to deliver to your premises you may be liable for redelivery or storage fees.

Please note unless your purchase is a Pre Order item it will automatically be dispatched based on the above standard timeframes. Should you wish for your order to be dispatched at a later date you will incur storage fees of $10 per week unless otherwise agreed prior to your purchase.

Please note freight prices are subject to change over time. If your item is shipped more than 30 days after your purchase, unless you have been provided with a guaranteed fixed shipping price (available on request) you will be liable for any price difference charged by our freighter.

Any delivery delays caused by Covid-19, poor weather conditions, our supplier's operations, or peak periods are out of our control and My Little Manor bear no responsibility for these delays. With regard to pre-order items we endeavor to keep our customers updated with estimated timing on stock arrivals however shipment delays are outside of My Little Manor's control and any such delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or a full refund should the order be cancelled. As per our Refund Policy any order cancelled prior to dispatch will incure10% cancelation fee.

PICK UP BRISBANE

Warehouse pick up is no longer available. Standard Local delivery prices are as follows:

Brisbane $185

Gold Coast: $270

 

PICK UP FROM CLOSEST DEPOT (Australia wide) 

You may be able to pick up from our freighter's closest depot to you (see above suitable transport required). This is generally cheaper then delivery to your residence. If this is an option for you then please contact sales@mylittlemanor.com.au so we can provide a personalised freight quote for delivery to your nearest depot. 

Should you chose to pick up from a local depot please note your will need to collect your items within 3 business days of their arrival at the depot or you may be charged storage fees. Please note that once you take possession of your product you have accepted the condition of the product and that My Little Manor is not liable for any damaged caused by the customer transporting the playhouse after the collection from the depot.
